The Gulf Conference is wonderfully poised after a hectic season and some somewhat ad hoc fixtures fulfilment.
Muscat are ahead by one point over Kuwait, who beat Muscat 53 – 7 last weekend that gave themselves a chance for the title.
The final round of matches have been confirmed for the 31st March and will be held in Bahrain.
Saudi v Muscat at 3pm
Bahrain v Kuwait at 5pm
A bonus point win for Muscat against Saudi looks like a must if Muscat are to clinch the title as a 4 point win probably wont be enough unless Bahrain spoil the party and beat Kuwait , its a game of who does better between Kuwait and Muscat , right down to the wire !
Bahrain are down in the fixtures to play Saudi in Bahrain on the 14th of April 2017, but this match has not yet been confirmed.
Doha 2 did beat Saudi Select 32 – 10 on the weekend, but Doha’s games are all finished and there is too much of a  points difference between Doha in 3rd and Kuwait in 2nd to challenge for the title.
